The elegant, contemporary black building, renovated in 2019 by Zane Williams, is a frame for the many windows. It stands above the hedges that are a little taller than most humans. The hedges look like you are entering a maze.
It is on the edge of a warehouse district and close to Park Avenue.
It feels very LA or Miami.

Orlando Sentinel: SOLANA FINE ART OPENS: Bob Jimenez, who grew up in Central Florida, has opened Solana Fine Art at 1104 Solana Ave. in Winter Park. He plans to showcase works by artists throughout the Southeast in oil, acrylic, encaustic, mixed media and art glass.
